The Face of Jesus

The symbol at the top is a Cloth with the face of Jesus on it. Veronica stops Jesus as He is carrying the cross, and wipes his face with her veil. The meaning of this gesture is to Remind us that there are people who could use our help every day, if only we took time. Also, we should not be afraid of being teased or being criticized for our actions that are done in God's name.

The window in the back looking up is one of the Lamb. You will notice that the Lamb is on a Bible. This has an interesting story. The Lamb is a symbol for CHRIST. In the background there is a design that goes uninterrupted representing the tree of life there are two (2) keys in the background as well; these represent the authority if the papacy and the Church's power to "bind and loose". The Bible has serve tabs coming own, representing the covenant God gave. When making theses windows Harry started with clear glass and hand painted each square; which was the placed with others. Some of this placing would have been done by one of the glaciers (workers).
